It was delicious. The two small tamales came with a dab of sour cream to the side of the plate. Chef Seaborn made sure that those who didn’t know would remove the corn shuck covering. Perfectly seasoned.
The sliced steak was both beautiful and delicious, at that perfect beautiful pink that doesn’t leave blood on the plate. I elected to put mine in the soft tortillas that came with the plate. Just seemed like the thing to do.
And the tres leches cake! Absolutely out of this world! More! More!
Next up: Italian, featuring osso buco. At Pie Lab request, this meal will be on May 18 instead of May 25, that last Monday in the month being Memorial Day
